Pets Welcome

We understand that pets are part of the family so your furry friends are welcome to join our community at Country Oaks Apartments. We welcome 2 pets per apartment home. The maximum weight allowed is 75 lbs. The non-refundable pet fee is $250 for your first pet or $325 for 2 pets. The pet rent is $5 per pet per month. Please call our leasing office for our complete pet policy.
